Shipping Policy
At Thompson Safety, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Our goal is to pick, pack, and ship within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Order Processing
- Order Placement: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day are typically processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with details about your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
- We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Typically, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
- We ship to locations within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. For temporary or remote construction sites, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and deliverable. We will make every attempt to deliver the goods, but we hold no responsibility if the delivery is unsuccessful due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the tracking number.
Backorders
- If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email. You will have the option to cancel the backordered item, choose an alternative product, or wait for the item to be restocked and shipped.
Logo Orders
- Please note that orders containing logoed items may have slightly longer lead times due to the customization process. Additionally, these orders may arrive in multiple shipments from various locations, depending on the items ordered.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
